The company’s main focus is the development, customization and implementation of integrated ERP, CRM and BI systems, as well as providing trainings and support for their clients. They are providing industry specific solutions for businesses of different size and profile. We are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team in Sofia!

Your main responsibilities would be
• end-to-end recruitment for consultant, developer and support roles;
• working closely with the business, manage HR related business needs, expectations;
• sourcing suitable candidates (both active and passive), prescreening and interviewing;
• create and manage an effective new joiner’s training working closely with the business;
• work on employer branding initiatives that could make the XAPT the company of choice among candidates;
• improve engagement and employee satisfaction;
• provide accurate data, regular reports for headquarters and local management; oversee HR and operation related processes, participate in development of processes, localize policies and documentation;
• manage onboarding and outplacement processes;
• advise on labor-law related matters or consult with professionals to gather the necessary information.

What we expect from you
• higher education, preferably in the field of Business and Economics and/or HR;
• 2-5 years HR generalist experience;
• good command of English, both in speaking and writing;
• ability and willingness to work independently and take ownership;
• accuracy and detail orientation;
• willing to travel to sister companies, or headquarters (1-2 day meetings occasionally).
